OUR STORY
Hello! My name is Bridget. For as long as I can remember, my family and I have been devouring Mom's signature oatmeal chocolate chip cookie recipe. I am a serious foodie, so it goes without saying that I am passionate about these cookies. However, it wasn't until I heard about a cookie delivery service in Halifax that I decided to start something just as great here in Mississauga.
Thus, Bridget's Bicycle Bakery was born!
We are currently serving our famous cookies at the Port Credit Farmers Market every Saturday
Bridget is a graduate of the Food & Nutrition program at the University of Guelph.
Bridget is the creative force behind a local product line of vegan baked goods in Port Credit.
Bridget is passionate about high quality and optimal nutrition in everything she creates!
